Partial Planning

-For the couple who would like to plan the majority of their wedding, but would like guidance and assistance along the way. -You have your venue and some vendors booked and would like research assistance and recommendations to complete your elite wedding day team. -You know your wedding aesthetic and style but may want design decision assistance. -Wedding Management + Coordination package included. -Planning starts 6-9 months out.

Full Planning

For the busy couple who would like for us to take the lead on planning from start to finish. -You would like our full participation with venue and vendor selection. -You would like us to curate a mood board collection to inspire your wedding day ambiance. -Petit à petit (little by little), we take care of the finer details, such as RSVP management, payment reminders, or attending meetings on behalf of our couple. -Wedding Management + Coordination package included. -Planning starts 12-18 months out.

Partial Wedding Planning

Full Wedding Planning + Design

-Everything in Wedding Management + Coordination Package + -Planning and communication starts 12-18 months out -Assist with all venue/vendor sourcing and recommendations based on budget and style -Attend required vendor meetings on behalf of our couple leading up to the coordination period if needed -Mood board creation and design decision assistance -Unlimited scheduled planning meetings via phone call or Zoom -Assist with stationary selection -RSVP Management -Complimentary champagne bottles for the morning-of (x2) to be provided at ceremony rehearsal -Payment management and deadline reminders for all vendors and venue

A La Carte

Cleaning fee of items beyond our typical scope of services. This would include anything outside of personal décor, signs/centerpieces, special table items, and props that are usually brought by our Clients. Anything that falls outside of our scope of services is what another professional vendor is usually in charge of, such as a designer, rental company or florist $275 -Set-up fee of rentals, if selected company only delivers $250 -Steaming of linens $75/hr. -Additional planning meetings (Typically added prior to coordination start time): $75/ 1 hour session -Building and teardown of arch/arbor on dayof-event: $150 -Pick-up and delivery of small or last-minute items (Lead Planner/Coordinator’s discretion): $100 -Assistant Coordinator $30/hour for up to 8 hours on your event day -Standard IRS mileage rate for anything over 50 miles to and from the event venue

Plan With Intention

Wedding Management + Coordination: Starting at $2,500

ORGANIZE:

At the 2-month mark, we transition into full leadership of your wedding-day logistics—tightening every detail, confirming every vendor, and ensuring the plan is complete, cohesive, and ready for a seamless production. 

We assume full oversight of wedding-day logistics and finalize any remaining details

We send a comprehensive planning questionnaire to capture final decisions, priorities, and any outstanding specifics we need to confirm

You receive access to our planning system, Aisle Planner, to streamline communication, documents, and key planning details in one place

We develop a fully customized, minute-by-minute timeline built around your priorities, vendor requirements, and venue flow

You have direct access to our team via phone call, text, and email during business hours

We introduce ourselves to your full vendor team and step in as the official point of contact

MEETINGS & FINALIZATION:

Final venue walkthrough to confirm flow, layout, catering duties, and key transition points

Contract and logistics review across all booked vendors to confirm deliverables, timing, and responsibilities

Final planning meeting 1-2weeks out with the couple to lock the timeline, inventory, and production plan

Rehearsal coordination (up to 1 hour) to confidently prepare the wedding party and key family

PRODUCTION:

Wedding week is where preparation becomes precision. Our team arrives with a clear plan, strong leadership, and the structure to manage vendors, timing, and guest experience—without placing any pressure on you or your family

Your White-Glove On-Site Team-

Lead Coordinator: Runs the show. Directs every formal moment (ceremony, entrances, exits, and all programmed events), leads the production team, and oversees execution from start to finish.

Event Manager: Protects the plan. Maintains timeline integrity, manages real-time vendor communication, and resolves issues before they become disruptions.

Guest Experience & Bridal Concierge Specialist: Elevates the day. Provides dedicated support for the couple, wedding party, and VIP family—handling needs discreetly and efficiently

Set-Up/Breakdown Specialist: Ensures the physical execution. Oversees décor placement, transitions, and end-of-night breakdown with a methodical, checklist-driven approach

Wedding Week + Day-Of Production Includes

Starting cost allows up to 150 guests. After 150, a coordination assistant may be added, and for every 50 guests thereafter. This will depend on the work to be completed.

Vendor load-in, arrivals, and setup oversight—managed with authority and clarity

Full ceremony and reception direction, including cues and transitions

Timeline enforcement and event flow management throughout the day

Cueing of the couple, wedding party, immediate family, and key participants for every major moment

Coordination with venue leadership and staff to keep operations seamless and guests comfortable

Access to a fully stocked wedding-day emergency kit for proactive problem-solving

Oversight of all client-provided personal décor items from placement through retrieval

Distribution of final vendor payments and gratuities (as provided by the couple)

Breakdown and cleanup oversight to ensure nothing is left behind and responsibilities are properly closed out
